  • What are the benefits of setting up an account?

    If you are a tenant, you can save your favorite listings in your account. Revisit the properties anytime from your account.

    If you are a real estate pro, you can manage your property listings in your account. You can update and edit your property details. You can also see the number of views you have on your properties. If the properties have been leased, you can deactivate the listing before expiation. You can renew for another month to get more great leads if the property is still available.

  • How do I set up an account?

    It is easy to set up your free account. Simply click on “Sign Up” on the top right of the page. You just have to enter your name, email and password and you are all set to go.

  • What markets are you currently in?

    We are a nationwide platform in the United States. If you are in a different country and would like to list on CubixSpace.com, just send a message to: support@cubixspace.com

  • How much does it cost to list my property?

    There are 2 simple flat-fee plans to choose from. You can choose between the 1-month or 3-month plan. At the end of the period, your listing will automatically expire. You can renew it for another month for a low flat fee.

    We do not believe in monthly subscriptions. Simple flat fee per listing means no obligations. You won’t have to remember to cancel your account if you are not looking for tenants.

  • What is a Featured Listing?

    You can choose to make your property a Featured Listing. This means your property will appear on our homepage and strategically and visibly placed at highly trafficked areas.

  • How do I list my property?

    In “List A Property”, you can choose to do it yourself by filling out the fields and uploading property image and brochure/flyer if available. If you wish to include the link to your property on your brokerage website, you can include it too.

    Alternatively, we will be more than happy to help you list your property. Just send us the property details including the size, monthly lease amount and photos. If you have a brochure/flyer or website link with the property details, just email to us at: support@cubixspace.com and we will do the rest.

  • What happens when a tenant is interested in my property?

    The tenant can choose to call you directly (if you have provided a contact number in your listing), or send you a message, which will be delivered via our server straight to your inbox.
